All are invited to our next meeting, The Woodbrooke Open Directors Meeting, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. in our Community Room.
Our pool is open for the season. Please observe all pool rules and courtyard rules posted. You should leave the pool immediately when lightning is near-by. The rules are posted outside the Community Room doors and included in the WB Community Rules document. You can view our rules document on our website: woodbrookemaumee.net. The majority of the rules are in place for everyone's safety. As owners-all of us can help enforce safety rules in the pool and on the pool deck. It is too easy for somebody to get hurt in the excitement and fun that is part of the activities around the pool. If there is an emergency, there is a land-line phone mounted on the wall inside the Community Room sliding doors. Please use the bathroom in the Community Room. If you notice something that needs serviced or re-supplied in the restroom, call the Property Manager or notify a Director. Our courtyard grass is usually trimmed on Thursdays-depending on weather. Our pool is swept each week, sometime twice weekly as needed. At times, the pool may need chemical balancing during the day-but most times, this is done in the evening to allow the pool to stay open. Please understand when the "Pool Closed" signs are posted-stay out of the pool until the service is completed. Owners are allowed a maximum of six guests to use our pool-you must be present on the pool deck for your guests to use the pool. Guests need to park in the overflow area opposite of the carport on the Salisbury Rd. side of the complex. If you don't recognize somebody that is using our pool, you can politely ask them who they are-remember, our pool is maintained with your monthly assessment. It is a great amenity, Let all of us work to keep it safe, clean, and available to use. Thank you!
The Board has decided to remove and remove and replace the dead plantings around the complex. All dead plantings at the front of the building will be replaced, with plantings for the courtyard area to be determined later this summer. The putting green area is being -re-imagined as a landscape/small landscape area and the Board is still looking at different ideas at this time.
Have a question or concern? Contact us anytime by phone or email. We're here to help you with anything you need, from maintenance requests to community feedback. Thank you to our volunteers for the work on the building and landscape areas-thank you!
